The Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences invites alums, practitioners and family members to join our students on Study Abroad trips during the Summer 2011 (to see the list of countries go to http://www.newhaven.edu/107390/). By inviting alums and friends, we hope to broaden your knowledge and provide a very different kind of travel experience for you and the students.
Participants are welcome to take part in professional visits and activities. Upon return you will be issued an International Programs Certificate on completion of the Study Abroad trip stating the country and hours spent studying the criminal justice system of a country.
The fees for accompanying travelers will be approximately $4,500 for a single room and $3,700 for a double where available (the cost for Australia trip will be posted separately), and includes round-trip airfare (from a common group departure location), lodging, local transport, and most meals. (Fees are subject to change up to sixty days before departure, and additional costs for travel insurance may apply.)
You may also be eligible for a tax deduction. For details, please contact your tax accountant for advice.
Travelers wishing to use mileage awards should notify the College Study Abroad Coordinator prior to registering.
