Dennis N.T. Perkins and Jillian Murphy
Dr. Dennis Perkins is Chief Executive Officer of The Syncretics Group, and author of Leading at The Edge: Leadership Lessons from the Extraordinary Saga of Shackleton’s Antarctic Expedition. Dr. Perkins has worked as an advisor to senior leaders in organizations ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to nonprofit associations for over twenty-five years. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, he served as a Marine infantry officer in Vietnam. He subsequently received his MBA from Harvard University, and a Ph.D. in psychology at The University of Michigan.
Jillian B. Murphy is Director of Client Services at The Syncretics Group. She has worked with senior executives in a broad range of organizations, in the areas of team development and leadership coaching. Jillian graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut and received her M.A. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
