What is it about?
This program will prepare and train the participant in the area of lifting to improve muscular strength and increase muscle mass.
How will I be assessed?
Participants will be assessed on their one-rep max for chest press and leg press at the start, midpoint and conclusion of the ten-week program.Will my results be confidential?
