About Me

I have over twenty years of experience in various segments of the sport and entertainment industry, including work with the Jerome Schottenstein Center, The Ohio State University, Ohio High School Athletic Association, Iowa High School Athletic Association, Show Pros Entertainment Services, Charlotte Convention Center, Charlotte Coliseum, Georgia Dome, Carolina Panthers, and Jacksonville Jaguars, amongst others. Most recently I served as the Director of Communications & Program Development with Columbus Arena Sports & Entertainment (CASE) and continue to work as an industry consultant. Since joining the full-time faculty at UNH, I have been working on five manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals. At this time, one is in press, three have been revised and resubmitted, and one is under review. In addition, after an RFQ process, the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) selected me for two projects, including a facility management textbook and an event management e-book for industry professionals.
