    Dr. Tina Freilicher is the Director of Assessment/Accreditation Coordinator - Education for UNH’s Graduate Education Department.  She oversees the department’s assessment and evaluation system that provides evidence-based decisions with the goal of improving the quality of the department’s programs and educational outcomes.  Dr. Freilicher also conducts assessment and program evaluation for the purpose of meeting accreditation standards. 

    Tina has more than 29 years of experience developing licensure, certification and employee selection examination programs for a variety of domestic and international professional organizations.  As examples, Dr. Freilicher has developed teacher licensure and civil service examinations for the City of New York, certification examination programs for nursing specialties and other health professions, and registration examinations for the financial securities industry.  Her experience includes conducting job analysis studies, test development, standard setting, and psychometric assessment of examinations.  Dr. Freilicher is also experienced in evaluating the quality of credentialing programs for accreditation purposes.
