Steven H. Kaplan, Ph.D., President
On July 1, 2004, Steven H. Kaplan, Ph.D., became the sixth president of the University of New Haven, launching a new era of expansion and advancement for the University. Dr. Kaplan was officially inaugurated as president on September 30, 2005.
He brings to UNH a sense of renewed energy and a strong focus on improving the university in every aspect. Through the leadership of university officers, the Board of Governors, and the faculty, the University of New Haven continues to evolve as it frequently reassesses its mission, its programs, and its campus.
