First-Year Call Center

The mission of the First-Year Call Center is to create a welcoming environment for first-year students by providing information regarding upcoming events, discussing satisfaction and challenges, as well as answering any questions or concerns for the students.   Call Center Representatives provide first-year students an opportunity to have their voices heard and questions answered by contacting students twice a semester. Our representatives play a critical role in student persistence during their first year at UNH.
