Helena Cole graduated with an A.B. degree in History and Italian from Bryn Mawr College. She received her M.Ed in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland, and her M.A. in Humanities from Hood College. Helena started working at UNH as the Director, Office of Academic Services in January 2013.

Janet graduated with her B.S. degree in Finance and Economics with a minor in Communication from Stonehill College. She has been with the Office of Academic Services for twelve years. Janet coordinates the monitoring program and is a Freshman Experience Seminar instructor.

Lynn DeRobertis graduated with a B.S. degree in Nursing from Boston College and a M.S. in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University. Lynn has been an academic skills counselor and an instructor in the Freshman Experience Seminar program for 10 years. Lynn supervises the Academic Peer Mentor program with Becca Kitchell, the Associate Director of Residential Life. She also serves as the Advisor to Lamda Alpha Upsilon and Phi Sigma Sigma.

Joe graduated with a B.A. degree in Psychology from Western New England College and earned a M.A. degree in Community Psychology from the University of New Haven in 2010. As a graduate student at UNH, he worked as a Learning Assistant in Campus Access Services. Joe is also a Freshman Experience Seminar instructor.

Alice GuidoAcademic Skills Counselor

| Alice majored in English Comp and minored in Classics at Mount Holyoke; she has a Master’s in Film Study from Wesleyan. She began her relationship with UNH twenty-two years ago as an English adjunct, added Writing Lab tutor in the CLR and academic skills counselor for OAS. Alice is currently an OAS counselor and a CLR Writing Lab tutor.
