On-Campus Open Houses

Attending an Open House is one of the best ways to become familiar with and experience the University of New Haven! You will have a chance to learn about student and residential life, speak with faculty in your academic areas of interest, enjoy lunch, and tour our campus. There will also be special presentations about all of our majors, our combined BA/MS education program, and NCAA Division II athletics. With over 100 programs of study and 170 student clubs and organizations, there truly is something for everybody at the University of New Haven. Join us for an Open House this year and discover why our 4,400 full-time undergraduate students call UNH their home away from home!

Seniors or transfer students who are accepted should consider visiting on one of our Accepted Student Days that are held on campus in March and April. These events are open houses for accepted students who are making their final college decision. Accepted students may also choose to participate in our more personalized Charger Days program. These days offer the opportunity to shadow a current student, meet a faculty member or coach, and stay overnight in a residence hall.

We are also open seven days a week for a good portion of the year and offer Information Sessions and Campus tours almost daily.  Please consider attending one of these sessions as they are also very informative and can help you determine if UNH is a good fit for you. Information and registration for campus visit opportunities can be found at www.newhaven.edu/visitunh.
