Stephen Dunnigan has over 25 years experience delivering integrated solutions realizing tangible bottom line results utilizing the right balance of processes, data, people, and technologies. He started in SNET (AT&T) in operations management with a strong focus on customer facing process optimization and new product developments.
As head of Information Technology at Philips Medical Systems in North America, he implemented global customer support initiatives, ERP, CRM, supply chain, business intelligence, e-commerce, on-line training, outsourcing, and laying the foundation for growth and acquisitions.
Progressed to corporate Philips Electronics in the Netherlands as Global Director of Business Management Support as an executive business relationship manager to further develop IT governance , program management, shared services, and acquisition assimilation to ensure measurable ROI with over $1 billion dollars of IT investments across all divisions.
As Vice President of Information Technology at Neopost in North America, he implemented shared services, ERP, supply chain, and CRM solutions across acquired companies in North America.
In addition to his consulting practice, Stephen is an Executive in Residence at the University of New Haven.
