Kenneth Biermacher is one of six founding directors of Kane Russell Coleman & Logan, a prominent Texas law firm with offices in Dallas and Houston that was ranked on the 2014 list of “Best Law Firms” by U.S. News & World Report.
The most senior member of the firm’s litigation group, Biermacher is annually listed among the best business litigation attorneys in Texas Super
Lawyers and Texas Monthly. He also has been recognized by Chambers USA to be among the “Leading Lawyers for Business” and is listed in Best
Lawyers in America, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.
As a civil trial attorney, Biermacher represents clients throughout the United States in a diverse range of complex business litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in Texas and Iowa, as well as before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth circuits and many federal district courts nationwide.
Biermacher earned a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in forensic science from the University of New Haven. As a student, he played an active role in the University’s decision to recruit and hire renowned forensic scientist Dr. Henry C. Lee. He earned his law degree with honors from Drake University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and Regional Moot Court Team.
Biermacher was a member of the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas from 1997 to 2004 and a member of the board of the Choices Leadership Academy in Dallas from 2010 to 2013. He is a founding board member of the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science at UNH and is the current chair. He has been a member of UNH’s Board of Governors since 2007 and received the University’s Distinguished Alumni award in 2009.
