Lee College Accreditation

All academic programs within the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences are fully licensed and accredited by the State of Connecticut, and all programs are accredited through the University's regional accreditation by the New England Area Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

In addition to these state and regional accrediting authorities, some of our programs also hold specialized accreditation through disciplinary accreditation bodies.

  • The undergraduate program in forensic science is accredited by the Forensic Science Education Programs Accreditation Commission (FEPAC) of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.

  • The three paralegal program options of the undergraduate program in Legal Studies, B.S. with a Paralegal Studies concentration, A.S. in Legal Studies, and Paralegal Studies Certificate, are approved by the American Bar Association.
