NJ.com, July 19, 2011: Denise Castelli '08 BS hopes to be a ball girl at this year's U.S. Open Tournament. Her leg was amputated in 2009 after a broken leg she suffered while playing in a UNH softball game never healed properly. "She's got the endurance, the strength and the presence to be able to do this in front of 20,000 people," says John Korff, director at-large on the U.S. Tennis Association board of directors.
