New Haven Register, August 12, 2011: UNH professors Michael Lawlor, CT undersecretary for criminal justice policy and planning, and Tim Palmbach, chairman of the department of forensic sciences at UNH, have been selected as part of a panel named by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy to recommend both short- and long-term plans to take care of the extensive backlong of cases at the state police forensics lab.
