WTNH, January 16, 2012: The Carroll E. Brown Scholarship & Community Awards dinner to be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012 @ 4 p.m. Sponsored by the West Haven Black Coalition. The West Haven Black Coalition is a 26 year old organization that addresses many issues in the community that neglect to include the African American community and the Allingtown district in West Haven.
