New Haven Register, Feburary 5, 2012: Police have worked for years trying to identify a young woman found murdered in East Haven 37 years ago. Henry C. Lee, forensics expert, professor and founder of the University of New Haven Forensic Research Training Center, said technology has changed tremendously in the years since the discovery of East Haven’s Jane Doe, but also cautioned that getting DNA from the remains won’t necessarily solve the mystery.
