New Haven Register, February 6, 2012: City and state leaders gathered with UNH President Steven Kaplan to celebrate the partnership between the university and the cities of New Haven and West Haven to relocate ESUMS next to or near the college campus. “We will be creating at this university an opportunity for students like no one else in the state is currently providing,” Kaplan said.
