Sense of loss, dread lingers in Newtown as 2 young victims are buried

Providence Journal, December 17, 2012: Lacrosse players from UNH traveled to Newtown to provide comfort to a community reeling from the aftermath of the Sandy Hook tragedy.  The students played kickball and other games with a group of primary school kids “to help them cope and take their minds off things,” said Kyle Hurley of Rhode Island. “We just wanted to help,” said James Egan of New York. “And to see them running around with smiles on their faces.”
