Elm City Beat, September 11, 2012: UNH lecturer Joseph Smolinski and UNH student Noel Sardalla have each received Artist Fellowships from the Connecticut Office of the Arts, part of the state Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD). Each received $2,500 as part of the program that is designed to encourage the continuing development of Connecticut's artists.
