Hartford Courant (August 20): “University Of New Haven Using Sensors To Monitor Head Trauma To Athletes"
UNH announced that its football and men's and women's soccer teams are wearing high-tech impact sensors to document head trauma, the first college in the nation to use this advanced technology. Coach Pete Rossomando said he is proud that his team is a pioneer in this field and hopes it can help in the ongoing fight against concussions. "We're going to set the trend for lots of football programs across the country."
