The Suit (2003) [in Russian]
Three teenage friends dream of life in a nearby resort town which draws wealthy cruise ship travelers but contrasts with the harsh mountainous terrain where the boys grew up and where their families struggle to make ends meet. Like the commuter boats that ferry them back and forth between the opposite shores of rich and poor, the boys themselves glide across boundaries with ease while facing the challenges of adulthood. Directed by Bakhtier Khudoinazarov. 7pm, Harugari 203, 95 mins.
