"We want to help make UNH a home away from home for other international students."

Meet Our Ambassadors:

When I first came to UNH it was a challenging time, but then I figured out that I was not the only one who didn’t know how to calculate the GPA! J  During my free time I like to read and take walks.

I can speak four languages: English, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.  My life at UNH is awesome. UNH is a campus that gives me the chance to interact with people from all over the world. Oh my goodness!! You have no idea how much fun I have had.  This university has a large number of international students who are studying under the school motto: “Learning through Experiential Education”.  I have made the best use of my foreign education. I’d love to communicate with you and let you know what life is all about at UNH. The best way you can get in touch with me is by email, and I will respond as early as possible.

My name is Mona Mehrabi. I work at the International Services Office at UNH as a GA. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Labor & Industrial Relations. I also have a Master’s Degree in MBA, with a dual concentration in Accounting (CPA Track) and Business Policy & Strategic Leadership. I received my graduate certificate in Human Resources Management as well. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Accounting with a minor in Auditing. I greatly value education and academia. In my opinion, school opens up doors to everyone to learn, grow and utilize their skills. I have been to 17 countries around the globe for which I am grateful. This has given me a chance to meet different people and to get to know different cultures and customs. Working at ISO and being an International Student Ambassador, both, allows me to meet, connect and help students who come to UNH to pursue their education as well as experiencing a new life here.
