All Recognized Student Organizations are required to complete re-recognition each academic year during the fall semester. This annual process includes training executive boards on new policies and procedures as well as updating advisor and student contact information with the University.
For the organizations that have failed to complete re-recognition by the original deadline of Thursday, September 19th at 11:59 PM your accounts will be frozen for the month of October. You will not be able to access your budget, hold meetings, events, trips, or new member processes (if applicable).
You will have until Thursday, October 31st at 11:59 PM to complete the re-recognition process. If you successfully complete it before the deadline, your organization will be reinstated on Friday, November 1st, 2013.

- Update your Recognized Student Organization Roster on Charger Connection
- Complete and Submit the Agreement for Clubs & Organizations to the Office of Student Activities
