We are providing this information as a resource to assist University of New Haven students and families as they navigate processes related to billing, financial aid, and registration. Summer Hours
The One Stop Office, along with most offices at the University, will be closing early on Fridays starting May 20 through August 5. Our office hours during this time will be Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Enjoy your summer break!

Billing Information
Final billing statements for spring were sent out in April. If you have an outstanding balance for the spring semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by the end of the spring term. You can check the status of your student account in ePay.
Summer bills are due on May 16, 2022. Please Note: Your billing statement includes all summer terms (Full Summer, Summer I-Accelerated Term, and Summer II-Accelerated Term). If registering for summer courses after the May 16 due date, payment will be due upon registration.
Bills for the Fall 2022 semester will be available in ePay on Tuesday, June 14, and will be due on Monday, August 1, 2022. Students and authorized users will receive an email once their statement is available.

Financial Aid Office Reminders
Students who have finalized their financial aid file for the 2022-23 academic year will be sent an award notification email to their university email address in the beginning of June.
Have you filed your 2022-2023 FAFSA? Although the priority filing deadline was January 1, 2022, it is not too late to file your FAFSA for the 2022-23 academic year. Apply today at studentaid.gov.

End of Term
Congratulations, Class of 2022! All your hard work has paid off! We look forward to celebrating our newest graduates and honor all their achievements at the Commencement ceremonies on Sunday, May 15.
Final grades for spring 2022 should be available in SSB (Self-Service Banner) via the myCharger portal on or around May 23.
Official transcripts will not be available until end of term processing is completed. Your transcript order will be released as soon as academic standing and a final GPA has been calculated for all students. You can order an official transcript from this webpage.
Mailing of diplomas will begin after the Memorial Day break.
