With Spring 2023 pre-registration underway, it is hard to believe that the fall semester is almost over. We are providing this information as a resource to assist University of New Haven students and families as they navigate processes related to billing, financial aid, and registration. Important Information and Updates
Billing Information

Final billing statements for fall were sent out in October. If you have an outstanding balance for the fall semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by the end of the fall term. You can check the status of your student account in ePay.

Bills for the Spring 2023 semester and Winter Intersession will be available in ePay on Monday, November 21, 2022 and will be due on Monday, December 19, 2022. Students and authorized users will receive an email once their statement is available.

Spring 2023 Monthly Installment Plan

The University offers an interest-free monthly installment option which allows you to spread out your payment for the spring semester over a period of months. Enrollment for the Spring 2023 Monthly Installment Plan starts on November 22, 2022.

Plan Details and Features:

  • Five Monthly Installments (December through April)
  • $50 enrollment fee per semester
  • Payments are due every 30 days on or around the first of each month. First installment is due on December 1.
  • Establish a plan for any amount or choose the option to cover your remaining balance for the semester.
  • Payments can be made in ePay each month by eCheck or credit/debit card. Convenience fees apply for credit/debit card payments.

Financial Aid Office Reminders

Is your financial aid for the Fall 2022 semester complete? The last day to apply for financial aid and/or loans for the Fall 2022 semester is Wednesday, November 30.

Important Note: Financial aid paperwork and loan applications for Fall 2022 received after November 30 may not be able to be processed in time to meet the end of semester deadline.
