It is hard to believe that the Spring 2023 semester is almost over. Congratulations to all our 2023 graduates, and best of luck to all our students on their final exams.
We are providing this information as a resource to assist University of New Haven students and families as they navigate processes related to billing, financial aid, and registration. Summer Hours
The One Stop Office, along with most offices at the University, will follow a summer schedule on Fridays starting May 19 through August 4. Our office hours during this time will be Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Enjoy your summer break!

Billing Information
Final billing statements for spring were sent out this month. If you have an outstanding balance for the spring semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by May 10, 2023 to coincide with the end of the spring term. You can check the status of your student account in ePay.
Summer bills are now available in ePay and due on May 15, 2023. Please Note: Your billing statement includes all summer terms (Full Summer, Summer I-Accelerated Term, and Summer II-Accelerated Term).
Information regarding Fall 2023 billing will be available in June.

Financial Aid Office Reminders
Is your financial aid for the Spring 2023 semester complete? The last day to apply for financial aid and/or loans for the Spring 2023 semester is Monday, May 1, 2023.
Important Note: Per federal regulations, financial aid paperwork and loan applications for Spring 2023 received after May 1 may not be able to be processed in time to meet the end of semester deadline.
Please do not hesitate to contact the Financial Aid Office if you need assistance.

End of Term
Congratulations, Class of 2023! All your hard work has paid off. We look forward to celebrating our newest graduates and honoring all their achievements at the Commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Mailing of diplomas will begin after the Memorial Day break.
Final grades for Spring 2023 should be available in SSB (Self-Service Banner) via the myCharger portal on or around May 18, 2023.
Official transcripts will not be available until end of term processing is completed. Your transcript order will be released as soon as academic standing and a final GPA has been calculated for all students. You can order an official transcript from this webpage.
