Registration Info for Admitted International Graduate Students
In order to register for classes, you will need to complete the following steps:
Check-In at the International Services Office
Go to Room 200 in Echlin Hall, and bring:
- Your original I-20 Form or DS-2019
- All previous I-20s, including original I-20 and dependents' I-20s (or DS-2019)
- Your original passport and visa
Drop Off Official Transcripts to the Office of Graduate Admissions
Bring your official attested or certified copies of your degree certificates to the Office of Graduate Admissions, Maxcy Hall, 129.
Submit Your Complete Health Examination Medical Form
Bring your Health Examination Medical Form to Health Services located in Sheffield Hall. This form must be completed by a doctor in your home country. Your Health Examination Medical Form was sent to you along with your I-20 form. Do NOT send us this report prior to your arrival. Instead, complete it with your doctor in your home country and bring it with you.
Attend Mandatory Graduate and International Orientations
Information on the dates, times and locations will be emailed to you prior to your arrival on campus.
Meet With Your Academic Advisor During Orientation
Meet with your academic advisor for proper class selection and information on registration. We recommend bringing your acceptance letter and a copy of your transcripts when you meet your advisor.
Register for Classes
Login into myCharger to register in the Self Service Banner system. This page includes detailed instructions on how to register using the Self Service Banner system.
