About Lauren
Lauren is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW). She aims to create a safe, empathetic and comfortable space for all. Lauren is passionate about meeting folks where they’re at and allowing them to feel heard. She has experience working with diverse populations who present with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Her treatment incorporates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Lauren is also supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community.
In her free time Lauren enjoys traveling, being outside, watching sports and going to concerts.
