Employment Outcomes
Class of 2024: Graduate and Undergraduate
This report provides data on the employment status of University of New Haven graduates from the Graduate and Undergraduate classes of 2024. The outcomes survey project was conducted at the time of graduation (May 2024) and in November – December 2024 by the Career Development Center (CDC) and the Office of Institutional Advancement. The data includes the entire “Graduating Class” for 2024 which is defined as August 2023, Fall 2023, and Spring 2024 graduates.
In accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers ‘Standards and Protocols for First Destination Surveys’, the CDC utilized a two-phase methodology to ascertain the employment and advanced education outcomes of the graduating classes of 2024 (6 Months Out).
Career Outcomes Rate is defined as the accumulated total percentage of graduates who are employed full time, employed part time, continuing education, in active military service, or engaged in a post graduate volunteer service opportunity. Knowledge Rate is defined as the overall percentage rate of graduates on whom we have ascertained outcomes data by all of the above methods combined.
