Eric D. Stone is the Founder and CEO of Clear Path Ventures, a four-time award-winning author, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist focused on exceptional workplace cultures, high-performing teams, and organizational performance.
Before founding Clear Path Ventures, Eric spent more than 26 years with Enterprise Holdings, where he served in executive leadership roles and built a reputation for developing leaders, strengthening culture, and leading through growth, change, and operational disruption.
Eric is the author of Jumpstart Your Workplace Culture: A Road Map for Igniting High Performance. He speaks nationally and internationally on leadership, workplace culture, employee engagement, organizational performance, and high-performance teams, helping organizations translate leadership principles into practical action.
