About Francesca
Francesca is a Licensed Social Worker, University of New Haven alumna, and Army veteran. She is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students and to developing therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, respect, and trauma-informed care. Her clinical experience includes working with underserved populations, veterans, and individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and addiction. She has provided both individual and group therapy and utilizes a client-centered approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. Her work focuses on supporting individuals in developing resilience, strengthening self-confidence, and fostering hope and optimism for the future.
Outside of her professional role, Francesca enjoys spending time in nature, staying active, spending time with her dog, exploring new recipes, traveling, and listening to music.
