About Jennifer
Jennifer C. Nolan is the Associate Director for the Office of Emergency Management at Yale University as well as an adjunct at the University of New Haven. She holds a master's degree in Emergency Management and two bachelor's degrees: one in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement and the other in Fire Arson Investigation. She has extensive training and experience with incident management as well as writing and revising city and university emergency plans and sheltering plans.
