Common Data Set

The Common Data Set (CDS) is a compilation of questions and answers frequently appearing in outside publications that report on statistics for colleges and universities (e.g. U.S. News & World Report, Princeton Review, Peterson's, etc.). The CDS initiative is a collaborative effort between publishers and data stewards in the higher education community who share the goal of improving the quality and accuracy of information presented to those involved in a student's transition to college, as well as to reduce the reporting burden on data providers (http://www.commondataset.org/).

For several years, the Office of Institutional Research has made available the university's CDS for download:
