New Haven Register, November 10, 2011: A mostly vacant strip mall at 1209 Campbell Ave. will soon change into Charger Plaza, a UNH development that will house an international English instruction company as its first tenant. English Language Services, a preparation center that operates on or near college campuses across the country to assist international students with their language skills, could move to the space this month, said George Synodi, vice president of finance for UNH.
