Kristina Palazzo ’21 M.S.
Ms. Palazzo is a Tax Partner in the New York Metro Private Company Services practice at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers). A certified public accountant in New York and Connecticut, she has over 20 years of experience working on complex transactions and business issues facing both public and privately held multinational companies. She currently specializes in assisting privately held companies with tax compliance services, income tax accounting matters, federal and state tax audits, and consulting on US federal and state tax minimization strategies.
Expertise
Ms. Palazzo has worked at PwC for over twenty years, progressively advancing through the firm. In addition to her work in tax services, she has also assisted her clients in preparing for an initial public offering. Her industry experience includes working with clients primarily in the retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, and service industries.
Education
Ms. Palazzo holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University and an M.S. in Taxation from the University of New Haven. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to her service as a member of the Board of Governors, Ms. Palazzo is a member of the Pompea College of Business Advisory Board and the Accounting Advisory Board.
