This event is a themed UNCONFERENCE. What is an unconference? An unconference is organized around the idea that "power belongs to the people." If you attend, you can organize a session... and speak.
An unconference is an open, educational event in which teachers, students, and the public are invited to attend and present on some of their strategies for improving teaching and learning in the classroom.
The theme of this year's event is focused on literacy and technology in education.
We will also include elements of a Chromecamp. This means including a series of sessions focusing on the use of cloud computing, Chromebooks, and the use of Google Apps and the Chrome OS.
From Print to Pixel Unconference Location:
The "From Print to Pixel" unconference is hosted by the University of New Haven at its Saw Mill Campus in West Haven.
