  1. GroupX

    GroupX Classes

    GroupX classes are drop-in fitness classes designed for participants of all levels. A diverse range of classes is highlighted by Spinning, Meditation, Yoga, Cardio/Strength, Core, Zumba, and High Intensity based formats. Over 25 classes are offered each week during the academic year. Access to all GroupX classes are included in each facility membership.

  2. Premium Fitness

    Premium Fitness Classes

    Premium Fitness Classes are classes which require pre-registration and are designed to focus on progressively developing the fitness of participants. A variety of classes are offered each semester and include various aspects of functional training. Premium Fitness Classes are fee based programs which vary by class.

  3. Personal Training

    Personal Training

    Personal Training offers participants an opportunity for 1-on-1 or small group fitness training. Personal trainers will work with participants to develop an individualize program to meet their personal fitness goals. Personal Training is a fee based program with several packages and rates available.

  4. Fitness Center

    Bergami Family Fitness Center

    6,000 square-foot two-level fitness space

    The upper level contains a wide variety of cardiovascular and selectorized strength equipment.

    The Thomas H. Bell Weight Room, located on the lower level, contains a large selection of free weight and plate-loaded strength equipment.

    Equipment within the Fitness Center includes: Most cardiovascular equipment is equipped with personal viewing screens.

    Cardiovascular equipment includes a variety of LifeFitness, Precor, Woodway, SciFit, and Matrix brand products.  

    Equipment types include treadmills, climbmills, upright stationary bikes, recumbent stationary bikes, rowers, elliptical cross trainers, AMT's (Adaptive Motion Trainers), an upper-body ergometer, selectorized equipment, functional training stations, multi-purpose cable cross machine, plate-loaded strength equipment, stretching mats, balance balls, and various other fitness equipment.
