About Jennifer

You can call me Jen. I grew up in West Haven, CT and never left. I love my hometown. I walk to the beach every day. It’s one of my happy places. If you are looking for fun places to go or good eats, I would be happy to make some recommendations.

Background

I am an administrative professional with over 30 years extensive experience in the business world. My background is in business administration and analytics. I have an expertise in dealing with internal and external customers. Comprehensive background in training and process improvement. I completed Train the Trainer course, Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of highly effective people training, Diversity training, Lisa Ford “How to Give Exceptional Customer Service”, and NAFSA Regional Conferences F1 training to name a few. I’ve held analyst positions with Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Seton/WH. Brady and the University of New Haven.

Current

I have been with the University of New Haven since 2011. I have worked with faculty and students in many roles and departments - Faculty Senate, International Graduate Admissions, DSO, Payroll / Student Employment and now my new home with the Pompea College of Business at Orange Campus as Graduate Business Programs Advisor (last names A-L).

I am a people person and I love to help. A motto I like to live by from Ben and Jerry’s ice cream is “If it’s not fun, why do it?” Please come by to visit me M106.
