Complaint Process

The University of New Haven is committed to providing a quality educational experience for all of our students. In the unlikely event that you may have a serious complaint against the University, you should first attempt to resolve the issue through the appropriate University complaint process.

Pursuant to the federal regulations of October 29, 2010, institutions of higher education are required to provide contact information for each state in which students who enroll with the University of New Haven may reside. The following list provides the appropriate contact information for each state in the event that the complaint cannot be resolved.
