Sophomore students are responsible for the management of the entire operation, including staff training, menu development, marketing, product purchasing (working with local suppliers), inventory management, accounting, sales and revenue management, and financial forecasting.

The Café offers a variety of beverages, including coffee (Jamaica Gourmet Coffee Company), iced coffee, and signature teas as well as a variety of freshly baked goods, gourmet pizzas, salads and sandwiches.
