Marissa graduated with a B.A. in Communication and a M.S.Ed in Educational Counseling from Monmouth University. Having been a transfer student herself, she is excited to work with transfer students to help them in their transition to the University of New Haven. She also serves as the Advisor to Tau Sigma Honor Society, a transfer student honor society.

Director, Centers for Academic Success and Advising
Helena Cole graduated with an B.A. degree in History and Italian from Bryn Mawr College. She received her M.Ed in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland, and her M.A. in Humanities from Hood College. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Leadership in Academic Advising at Kansas State University. Helena started working at the University of New Haven as the Director of the Centers for Academic Success and Advising in January 2013.

Success Advisor
Lynn DeRobertis graduated with a B.S. degree in Nursing from Boston College and a M.S. in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University. Lynn has been a Student Success Advisor since 2000. Lynn supervises the Academic Peer Mentor program and focuses on sophomore student success. She also serves as the Advisor to Lamda Alpha Upsilon.

Debra graduated with a B.A. in Communications from the College of New Rochelle. She began working as the Coordinator, Academic Operations & Communications in May 2022. In her role, she helps triage student academic alerts, and connects students with success advising and tutoring resources.

Ashley joined University of New Haven's Center for Student Success as a Success Advisor in December 2021. Ashley is currently working towards a PhD degree in Criminal Justice at the University of New Haven.
