About Jade

Jade is the Assistant Director for the Myatt Center for Diversity and Inclusion. As the Assistant Director, Jade engages with and supports historically underrepresented student populations by creating spaces on campus where students feel valued, respected, and celebrated for their unique identities. Prior to joining the University of New Haven, Jade taught eighth grade English Language Arts at an Achievement First school in New Haven, CT. Jade holds a B.A. in both English literature and history from Providence College, and a Master of Public Affairs degree from Brown University.
