About Susan

Susan Pellerin brings her extensive experience in human resources to academia as an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Haven as well as other educational institutions.

In that capacity, she developed the curriculum for a re-readiness course for mature workers re-entering the workforce and co-developed a capstone career development course focused on college seniors entering the workforce. She recently developed a hybridon campus/online course in health care administration.

Ms. Pellerin is President and Founder of E&S Consulting, a Human Resources consulting firm dedicated to Value Added Business Strategic Planning through Human Capital Asset Management (HCAM). The firm specializes in the development and implementation of HCAM outcome-based strategic plan design and operations, organizational development, integrated talent management and total rewards, leadership, and executive and career coaching. Her clients have included defense contractors, public service firms, public sector non-profits, architecture, engineering and design firms, law firms, and global sports equipment manufacturing companies.

Previously, Ms. Pellerin served as the Director of Human Resources for a full-service professional services firm, where she developed a leadership and management program that was used by architects and engineers to comply with their Continuing Education Units required by the AIA.

At the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) CT State HR Council, she served as state education co-chair, co-chaired programs for the CT, MA, RI Tri-state HR Conference, and in 2008 -2010 was the SHRM Connecticut State Director.

Ms. Pellerin was recently designated by LinkedIn as being in the 10 percent of profiles examined by all LinkedIn members.
