The Phased Plan for Return to Campus
The University of New Haven has made plans for a three-phased reopening of the campus. As always, the health and safety of all members of our community remain our top priority. We are reimagining life at the University and will begin to welcome you back to campus soon.
We will begin to resume campus activities in a phased approach. As we begin to return to campus, we must be ready to provide as safe an environment as is possible for our community members as we move through the phases of re-engagement with a focus on Fall. Testing Requirement Changes Announced
Upon advice of local health officials, we are reducing our testing window from 14 days to 5 days and including all students and on-campus employees in our testing program. All residential students, commuter students, and University employees who will be returning to campus will be required to get a viral PCR test within 5 days of their return to campus. Please see the Reopening Phase 3 page for updated details.
