Judd Andres, MBA, PMP® CSM® OCMP®
Program Director & Adjunct Faculty
An expert practitioner and integrator of Strategic Business Management, Project Management, and Organizational Effectiveness, Judd Andres has over 35 years of experience in project, operations, and organizational change management, particularly in the areas of leadership development of high performing teams and practical application of the PM principles.
Judd has consulted and contracted with many businesses on the establishment of a PMO organization. This includes not only building the PMO infrastructure but also the training and development of its members, specifically the Program and Project managers, to increase their capacity and capabilities. Judd also acts as an executive coach to senior project managers and leaders.
Prior to his independent consulting work, Judd worked for many years as a project leader and manager at top pharmaceutical organizations such as Alexion, Pfizer and Bristol-Meyers Squibb. His certifications include an MBA in Business Policy and Strategy from the University of New Haven, a CSM® certification, a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma, AIMaster - Accelerated Implementation Methodology Masters Level & Instructor certification in Organizational Change Management, and his PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
